To answer the old chestnut – ‘Strata makes too much out of us and should do more we devised a pie chart to breakdown how administrative and capital works levies are really spent. This is a simple 14 lot residential scheme in Sydney. Of course, it doesn’t include insurance commissions and related party transaction income but still, a picture worth a thousand words.
