On the topic of the SCA strata management agreement, this week we made one client’s agreement better by cutting 62 items of charge in the additional charges schedule to 6. It didn’t take much convincing that the administration of 60 items was costing more than it was making and wasn’t being applied by staff in any event. Plus, this firm now has the added benefit of not appearing money hungry.
